Customer care and phone system is very bad

Dear Sir,

M/s Kalyan Gas Agency opposite Bus Stand Pandari has a agency of HP gas riffile but his customer care and phone system is very bad...

many times call on hp gas booking but not response. HPCL has not provided on line gas booking system at Raipur till date through internet. Please inform us to how can we book for riffile.
