NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

I have been booked of Gas cylinder for refill on dtd.09/01/10 and got booking no.251082 but still not deliver the Gas .cylinder and I have called so many times to Brij Gas Services on Tel# 22420585, they speaks we are not getting load from HP. So request to you please intervene on the same problem.
