Sir,

I am working in a private organization. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I purchased an

ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers Fortune Motors 13 th of March under

regn.no. AP10TR0954 . (Eng no. JF08E5744964). There was a sound from the Engine and pickup came

down.

with in 4 Service they replaced Bearing it cost me Rs.150 buks and asked me to change Air

Filter. Just 3 days back I have given for Servicing angain Same Noice is coming from Engine. I complaint

about this to the dealer and nearly 5 times they tried to repair but all there efforts were in vain. I really

regret to inform that if such a small defect is not repaired, what happen when some major trouble errupts?

Since till date from date of purchase.the I personal request that wheater the parts are no working 3

months. Hence I request u to see personally my problem.
