This is with regards to non delivery of HP Gas cylinder. i had booked my refill cylinder on 20th Sep '11 by till today 11th oct '11 not received the cylinder.. when enquired they had confirmed that it was delivered on 1st of OCT '11.. but till today not receice the cylinder... trying to reach my distibutor - trupti gas agencie at 08025615666 and for complain at 08028530547 by there is no reponse... not body is there to pick the calls... you can also dial and check up... being HP such a big company and response is very bad. kindly let me which no. can i contact to long a complain. my consumer no. is 603017. when i call HP yesterday they have booked for a fresh refill of the cylinder on 10th of oct '11.
is the delivery man giving the cylinders to some other customer on higher rates... kindly do the needfull
