Volkswagen polo highline diesel
Very poor service

I own a POLO Highline Diesel car (MH-12 GF-1898).

I have shown my car at the Vidyut Motors, Pune for first servicing and also for Body Noise. The servicing they have done was not up to the mark like they have done only oil change I guess nothing else, car condition was the same I have given them before servicing. They even didnt clean the car even the car was there for 2 days.

Also for body noise issue they said, they cannot repair that as problem is with the door setting which company can only fix this (they mean to say that its company defect).

This is definitely not up to the Volkswagen standard.

I would like to show my car to Volkswagen engineer so that he can give me the correct inputs.
