Hello,

Today i had a very bad experience with HP Gas Agency, Bangalor BTM (Manju Distributors).

Please find the below back ground on this issue.

We shifted the house from BTM to EC and before shifting i went to Manju Distributors and clearly inquired on the status of my refill and there is one lady and she said that it is going to take 1 more week time. Then i said that, will come and collect on Next week end which is this Saturday (30th June).

But today unexpectedly i got a call from the distributor and said that you have not collected refill and i am going to cancel the same and when i went to gas agency she was talking in very rood manner and not giving proper response.

She is changing her words continuously and not standing on single word.

Finally i called the manager Srinivas and he has very good attitude and behavior while responding to the customer.

Again when i go back and tell the same thing to her, her response is different and she herself telling that, you complaint whom ever you want and she was throwing the papers out.

Really i am very much disappointed on the same. Please share if someone else also faced the same issue.
