Not giving New Gas Connection

Hi

I want to take a New HP Gas Connection. I have Rent agreement and affadavit for local proof and Driving License and PAN Card for Identity.

But whenever I call to HP Gas agency they Call after 2 week call on June 1st Week.

They are not in mood of giving new gas connection.

Whenever i Call to gas agency thier behaviour is very rood.
