Very very late delivery

I Ghanshyam Das Ahuja facing a big problem from my agency i e century gas agency 011-27051891 in rohini. In computer my booking has been cleared but i have not received my refill as yet. My agency says HP helpline gives wrong information. how is it possible. Pl. check this situation and solve this problem. I am highly thankful to you.
