My wife's car (Reg. No. KL 22B 7221) is on at the garage of the authorised Service Centre of Hundai at Vetturoad, Kazhakkuttom, Trivandrum, Kerala. The officials of the service centre promised me to return the car before two weeks after maintenance. After that they extended the date to 21.12.2011. But they are not kept word given to me. Today my represent contacted the Service Centre, their reply & attitude was really astonished me because car's complaint is not rectified yet. They said that the vehicles spare parts is not reahed there after two weeks and they cannot say the particular date which the car to receive back with full running condition. I am deeply fed up with the reply of the service officials. The car have extended warranty. It was purchased on 27.09.2010. This was also affect world famous company - Hundai's reputation. Because i20 is the most popular product of Hundai. The relaiblility of the company now on a question mark? Servicing is very prior to the motor vehicles and it is an essential one.
