Non Delivery of Gas

Sir,

My consumer no. is 701446, Gas booking date 14/02 TRILOK GAS AGENCY, IDGAH, AGRA. My complaint that, after booking the gas we didn't get the ags cylinder yet. I need to know that how much time it would take to deliver the gas? They said the time period of delivering the gas would be of 10 days but till date we don't have the delivery.

So plz, try to make it fast.
