On saturday, 12th February I courier 1 Packet containing pen labled IMS VIKRANT and shape of Vikrant ship in golden color from Kanchanganga market, sector 61, noida, UP to 1257, sai-nagar N-6 Aurangabad, Maharashra by ondot courier service. On monday reciever acknowledge me that he received empty packet.and more shocking thing was delivery boy didn't took receiver's sign after delivery. For more than week I'm following both dealer from noida as well as Aurangabad of Ondot couriers, but did not get any response. More ever contact person not even speak properly and no sign to assure to look into issue responsibily. Customer care of Dehli office of On dot courier denies saying contact delivery boy. Its a rare pen only available in Indian Museum service.
