Dear Khakhadiya Sir Thanks for attending complaint but today up to 5.00pm I have not received reffil and 4-5 times I phone called vasai HP Dealer office. why this type of Harrashment is given by the delivery persons to customer

THIS IS THE TRUE STORY... AGAIN I MENTION THAT THE ABOVE INCIDENT HAPPENED I HAVE CALL HP CUSTMER CARE CENTRE IN MUMBAI BY 11.30AM, THEN SPOKE WITH MR.KHAKHADIYA BY 11.35AM... THEN ALSO SPEAK WITH REGIONAL SALES MANAGER MR.VINOD KUMAR AND HE ASSURED ME THIS TYPE OF INCIDENT NOT HAPPEN IN FUTURE.

BUT TILL TODAY 2.00PM THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.
