New Connection of LPG

I am looking for new LPG Gas connection so I went to Bharat Gas & HP Gas dealer but they said they don't have new connection now. HP Kekan Agencies said no new connection till next 3 year & Bharat Gas Maruti Agencies don't tell anything... very wrost service.
