Over charging

Dear Sir,

I am HP gas consumer (Matunga Circle Branch). HP gas delivery boys don't give reciepts even after asking and take extra money from the consumers. Like cylinder costs Rs. 314/- and they charge Rs. 320/- or more. It is requested to the concerned authorities to look into and stop this loot at the earliest.
