Full Refund for Train running late
Hello, I am NIKHIL KUMAR, as I booked a railway ticket with Rs.726 Amt under PNR 2630773828 on 16-1 for the date of journey on 26/1, from H NIZAMUDDIN (NZM) to JABALPUR in train no.2191, but due to running late by more than 4 hours was cancelled travel by railways for that day, so I filled a TDR as per the instructions given by the Railways Call Center Representative. As per the TDR rules if any train is running late by more than 3 hour passengers are liable to get 100% refund of the Ticket charge printed on the Railway Ticket after filing the TDR for E-Tickets. As the train was cancelled, but I was refunded only half the amount printed on the Electronic ticket i.e. Rs 362 So I want to lodge a complain regarding indian railways to credit back the remaining refund amount into my account. Moreover for the reference I am attaching a screenshot of my IRCTC portal with TDR filing history.
