Non delivery of new connection

Dear sir,

we had new gas booking on 24.02.10 for one gas connection and pay of rs- 4270/- and tell us for delivery within 8 working days, but we have not received

to till date connection,

we have telk to powai office but not available regulator from our head office

when regulator recd.then your gas delivered,

we are faced major problem kindly in urgent delivered the connection
