Dear sir Today Iam go to the Kumaran gas company located at K.Pudur Madurai district Tamilnadu. for DBC they compel me our company (HP) says buy a pigeon product worth Rs 1000 are above. I told him i did not need it but they told if you have purchase this product than we will give the DBC or otherwise you will wait for a long period for this connection.in that situation i was cornered. already iam waiting for three years. The cylinder rate is 1250 and the additional product (cooker) is 1170 finally they added Rs 30 for document charges. they got sign me a letter which is they don't compel me (what a comedy). what does the HP gas department help me to refund my money. iam serious to say this if you don't solve this problem otherwise iam considered to ask the consumer court.
