I gave my Maruti Wagor R car for third free service in Popular Services Calicut. In addition to regular service there was some painting work in the back bumber.
When I check the vehicle at the time of taking delivery, i was shocked to notice that the right head lamp is broken and one of the rear wheel cups is broken. also the front bumper is not fitted properly. there was some damage caused on the front door (right) of the vehicle. As I requested they have replaced the front head lamp but other complaints remained unattended. This was brought to the notice of the customer care manager of the service centre. They have taken back the vehicle, but the complaints still remained unattended.
