Delay of new connection of LPG

Dear Sir/madam

I have applied for new LPG gas of HP company connection to dera bassi deelar.

After three month yet they are telling me that there are no idea when they will able to give me connection.

I request to you please help me in this case whome to i contact so that i can get my connection.
