I have been a consumer of HP gas for 3 years (Anand Jaiswal). I having residing at Baguiati, therefore our supplier for HP gas is M/s. Mahanti Enterprise situated at Baguiati..in other words this distributer can also be described as one the Heinous distributer with no customer satisfaction or sympathy for least... Most of the time whenever we try to reach them least do they don't posses any courtesy to attend our calls and queries..On most on 08.0910 I had made a booking bearing the booking no.-350, on inquiring about the delivery on 18.0910, I was stunned as I was informed that no such booking with the above mentioned booking number has been made. Therefore I was again forced to book on 18.09.10 with booking no.- 319... I really don't have words to express how am suffering as while booking both the times I reminded them that I bear only cylinder facility but least they do understand I sufferance..Kindly help...
