No delivery of Gas for 21 Days

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Prem pal Yadav, Consumer No. 675595date 6/5 had booked for refilling of Cooking Gas Cylinder on 19th Sep 2010 vide their memo no. 6661.

It is distrubing to hear that the personnel at agency always give a reply that it will be delivered in a day or 2. Request explanation be sought from the vendor for not adhereing to the schedule of delivery.
