DELAY IN DELIVERY

MY CONSUMER NO. IS 618908. I BOOKED A CYLINDER ON 27.10.10 THROUGH AUTOMATED SERVICE NO.9990923456. IT IS BEEN 13 DAYS NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DELIVERY OF THE CYLINDER ON MY ADDRESS. I HAVE TRIED TO MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO THE SERVICE CENTRE BASED IN JANG PURA, NEW DELHI WHICH NEVER GOT ANWSERED. ONCE IT GOT ANWSERED BUT THE LADY WAS NOT AT ALL HELPFULL.

THIS IS NOT HAPPENING FOR THE FIRST TIME IT IS ALWAYS A SCENCE. HP GAS IS FAIL TO SATSIFY THEIR OLD CUSTOMER'S AND NOT WILLING TO IMPROVE THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING. IT IS VERY DISSAPOINTING THAT I HAVE BORROWED THE CYLINDER FROM MY NEIGHBOUR WHICH HAS NOT ONLY CAUSED A TROUBLE FOR ME BUT FOR THEM TOO.

VERY SHAMEFUL ACT THAT YOUR COMPANY IS SELLING THE LPG CYLINDER'S IN BLACK INSTEAD DELIVERING TO THE RIGHT CUSTOMER'S WHO ARE BOOKING ON TIME. YOUR COMPANY HAS ALWAYS PROMISED TO DELIVER IT IN THE NEXT 48HOURS WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING.

MY ONLY REQUEST YOU TO DELIVER THE ABOVE MENTIONED ORDER ON URGENT BASIS OTHERWISE BE READY TO FACE THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCIES.

IF THE LEVEL OF THE SERVICE WILL REMAINS THE SAME THEN I NEED TO FOLLOW THE PATH OF CONSUMER COURT.
