I am a resident of Alto Porvorim Goa. I am consumer of HP Gas, my consumer no. 609231. Gas distribution services of my local HP Gas supplier M/s Talkar Gas service Porvorim Goa is very worst. He is not providing Gas to his consumer’s even after months long after booking. I have booked a cylender of Gas on 19/11, and still as on 07/01 I have not received gas. After booking I have remind him 5-6 times also make personnel visit to their office and request them to provide the Gas but still they have not supplied the Gas Cylinder. This is not of my alone problem, when I have visited his office I have seen a many people complaining the same that they have booked the gas cylinders months long back but they are received their Gas cylinders in time. And facing the problem.
I request to you please look into the matter and take the necessary action to resolve the problem.
