Respected Sir / Madam,

My H.P gas Consumer No. is 603046 (Single Cylinder). I have already booked Cylinder on 25/01 at 10 A.M. But passed one week, today till that time onwards, we are not received the cylinder. Tenthiruperai is nearly 08 K.M. from Nazareth. Previous Cylinder booked on 06/12 and received to 09/12/10. In this month after 50 days finished from the next booking (i.e.06/12/10 to 25/01) one week is too much for the dealer. But, the nearby villages, immediately booked and issued the same in every days. Please verify my consumer a/c. and kindly initiate necessary steps for receiving the same as early as possible. The dealer charged extra Rs.30/- for the door delivery (Rs.360 30=3090/-) in every month. Your quick response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
