Egarding non delivery of gas in time

I have booked the gas before 18 days we didnt yet received d cylinder till now.every month we are facing same problem.they are saying that tommorrow we are going to send.four days are completed & they are telling the same thing.every time the phone will be busy or swiched off.every month they are delivering 20 after booking we are facing lot of problems with one cylinder plz try to resolve this problem as early as possible
