I am HP Gas customer in Veera agency at Virudhunagar. Customer number 600173, I got official transfer to chennai - Perumbakkam (Madipakkam) and got Gas transfer letter to Chennai. When approached HP delaer at Thiruvanmiyur and Adambakkam they told no service in Madipakkam area. then I approached (13.06.2011) Indane delear at medavakkam (Shri Revathy Gas agency) they told we can provide service for HP customers and asked me to approach Bharath Gas dealer (Shri Padvavathy Gas agency - selaiyur). They to refuse to provide service and sent back Shri Revathy agency is near to customer lcation.
Then again I went to Indance agency in Madipakkam they stands the same. I registered an on line complaint in HP (No. 11014596 and IOCL portel (No.127504). HP customer service person call me and told the issue was solved and can approach to Indane agency. Then I again went to Shri revathy agency they told get letter from HP & IOCL. Hp issued NOC on 16.06.2011 bur IOCL says the Reavthy agency can provide service and get service from HP only.
Now I am in unknown position and I don't know who will give a corrct direction. Both the gas agencies are not caring about customers.
