Delay every time

I am Vaibhav Parekh from Surat. Our Gas Cylinder Agency is Hp Gas (Navsari wala Traders) near by Majura gate, Surat. My Cunsumer no. is 614794. Everytime this person delay my cylinder. without 10 or 12 days he never given the cylinder. before 1 yr we were residing in Rander, Surat. they always sent our bottle within 2 or 3 days. So pls taken the steps against Navsari wala Traders, Kindly do the needful for the same.
