OMKAR GAS SERVICES & cylinder provider at Thane East Kopari are very horrible service providers. Firstly when we call for booking we have to struggle atleast for 2 hrs to get connected later the staff will speak to you very arrogantly we not at all can expect they we speak to you nicely. Later you ask for details they will just reply you "10-15 divsane yael gadi yet nahi ahe stock nahi" than u keep on following them days will go on later u will get the reply "yewon ghawon ja" i dont understand what is this yewon ghawon ja if i ask than why cant you give the delivery you will get reply "ma thik aha 7-8 divsane yael late delivery aha" if stock is not there if delivery is late than how do the manage to distribute it at shop and than why cant deliver it at home... Is that the delivery man on strike or what exact the problem is? If we argue the lady will give you Mr. Koli's mobile number saying speak to the owner. You will just keep on struggling with no cylinder.. Always and everytime it is the same no stock.. no stock... no stock... late delivery.. gadi ale nahi... yael 7-8 divasne otherwise yewon ghawon ja... why dont you solve this problems...
My neighbour has Bharat's service see there immediate next day of booking u get cylinder at ur doorstep..
Please look into the matter and get things solved before public get more fustrated...
