My area falls under Kolkata (Calcutta) district of West Bengal. My consumer no. 608050 and I get gas from Nathany Enterprises situated on Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road which is adjacent to Park Street.
I had booked HP gas refill on 14.4.2012 which has been accepted vide Booking No. 254968 at 11.19.57 hrs the same day. Every month the delivery dates get extended under some pretext or the other while you get to see their delivery men with carts of gas cylinders moving in the area! This month when I sent my assistant to enquire about the delay, he was told in no uncertain terms that this month gas would be delivered not before 15 days, for reasons best known to them. My last refill reached me on 19th March (delayed delivery again). If dates get extended like this, what is the big point in getting consumers to book refills online? If there is an actual dearth for gas cylinders, from where will new connections be given gas cylinders? From space? Gas prices are escalating from time to time but services are DEPLORABLE! Gas agency people talk as though consumers get charity and don't pay for these services. I think it would be better if consumers get gas from small Modi shops, at least you don't have to chase people every month in so called H P Gas Agencies. There was a time when gas would be delivered within a couple of days, no reminders were needed. Prices are hiked at the drop of a hat but consumers cannot expect better services - is someone from HP actually listening to what the company reputation is facing due to such laxities? I shall appreciate a feedback ASAP on 9433871851. Thank you for your time.
