After ordering a cylinder, it his dilivered some were else

my name is Christopher Dmello. i am a consumer of hp gas, my consumer no : 615840 at yogesh gas in bandra.deu to this electronic ordering service i had ordered a cylinder on 14 th may and on 17 th may i recived a message that your cylinder has been dilivered, but i did not recived any cylinder this is the second time a same problem, i suggest hp gas servives should keep qualified staff who can read address and dilivered the cylinder at the right address.i hope this matter goes to the management level so they can come to a conclution or they can improve they sevices to lots of consumer like me. that all,
