Non recieving of HP Gas cylinde

Sir/Madam,

I booked gas for home delivery on 04 feb but till today 02.03.2012 not deliver. Whenever I make phone coll 2 their representative she says tomorrow must be delivered. I am facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening in every month with Gas, Chirayu Services, Shree OM Apartment, F.No. 5, Vijaynagar, link road, Kolshewadi, Kalyan (East), Thane

You are requested to resolve this problem as early as possible or guide me what next can be done from my side.
