Bike not Picking UP

I have a pulsar 180 ug 4 about 6 months old...

My bike wasn;t picking up as supposed to and the top speed is not going more than 60km/hr

i went to Kivraj service centre in banaswadi, bangalore and got the clutch assembly changed by them... but then even after that the pick up is not proper..and i went back to them and they are not giving me a proper reply..

i spent 2100rs totally on getting the repairs done ..but in vain..

the problem still exists
