Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm really frustrated and writing this. I'm facing a lot more inconvenience due to the delay in service of Nandini Gas Agency at Thiruvanmyur. Its not only about delivery of a cylinder. I walked 3 times to change my address. As I was not getting proper delivery, I was to apply for one more cylinder to keep a back up cylinder. I walked for about a week to apply and compelled to buy a pressure cooker. I have applied for my next cylinder on Dec 02. I was trying to call them several times. Finally I again went and asked them. They said that it has been cancelled and I need to apply again. As usual I was starting follow up calls again no response till next 15 days. Again I went to agency at thiruvanmyur and inquired the status. They said it will be delivered in two days. After two days I got a message that it has been delivered. But I didnt get it. Newly applied cylinder is also going to be used up. I'm working and I dont find time to go to agency every time to wait for a long time at agency and inquire.
We can really understand the reasonable delay. Atleast they should answer our call to let us know the status. Thats what I really need.
Gas lorry strike is just happening these days. Also their delay is not only in delivering a cylinder. When ever I go, I'm seeing many people are disappointingly inquiring. HP should focus on their customer satisfaction. Please formulate a good strategy of serving and help us. I understand the spirit im writting this and I hope that it will be taken into consideration.
