Not allowed the second cylinde

Sir i have request for the second cylinder to my gas agency (kamal gas agency) they have told me to come after few days .and some days later he told me we cannot give u the other cylinder i request him since 2008 (many times) but he could take any action the way of his language is so bad.

please sir take any action for this type of people.
