This complaint is against the HP Hira Gas Station Sec 53 Gurgaon. Cheating and tampering the pump machine to fill less fuel.
The common modus operandi is:
1. You are single at driver seat. When the fuel is around 700- 800Rs out of 1000Rs the guy will come to you and then talks to you of some offer.
2. The filler man then resets the counter (at that time you are diverted by the guy in point 1)
3. Even when you notice that he is resetting the counter he'll say the electricity has gone so I will start from there on.
4. Some other modes of your mind diversions are: offers, windshield cleansing, your car has inadequate air (suddenly!!), fill in the feedback form etc.
5. Today I was asked don't you have credit card (when I handed him debit card)... why on earth he needs a credit card when I have debit card!!!
We are being fooled... but they are so shrewd that they have formed a group and everybody knows his position in this malpractice. (Who will come with offer, who will come with air pressure problem ...!!!)
