I am running behind Idea executives by calls & mails from last one year for wrong charges/billing by IDEA.
Inspite of correction they have again done the mistake with more problem.
They have given assurance by return mail that correction will be done in next month bill.
I recieved the next month bill with Huge problem no correction. They are always assured but no correction
Inspite of problem at IDEA end, They are putting me in trouble by pre call announcement, so many calls from billing deptt.
Executive of billing deptt were talking like fool as he is from separate section & not the part of IDEA.
He irritate me.
On what basis Idea doing such bad things,
Who is responsible for the loss that i am facing due to the hintrance in service/irritation to me.
Will idea compensate for the inconvenience caused to me so far?
It shows how bad customer care idea has!!!
Let me also submit complain details to IDEA & their repliis w/o Action from more than ONE YEAR
