Non delievery of cylinde

We almost booked cylinder about Month ago. but Still we didnt received any cylinder

from agency Omkar Gas service thane (east)

when we contacted agency people then they denied to give our registration number of gas booking.we booked cylinder on 15th of june and today its 11th of july.

and whenever we contacted them they will give non-sense replies

So kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
