Hello sir,
I had a very bad experience on 17.2.11 with the HP petrol pump in sarjapur road (near wipro office). although the metre showed 0 when he started filling petrol it suddenly jumped to Rs. 40 after the 0. when i enquired, the boys working there laughed at me and they kept on insisting that were doing the right job. Inspite of their wrong doing they never seem to be cared about what i am pointing out. Instead of screaming at these issues, i would switch the petrol pumps.
