Myself, Mrs. Urmila Shende, residing in 301, Jeevan Apts, Uthalsar Naka, Thane have booked a cylinder since 15 days, but not yet got delivery. Also phone calls are not being answered. Consumer no. is 1697, pls look into this at the earliest and hoping that strict action will be taken against this complaint positively.
