I had requested for transportation of household articles from chincwad to Airoli on 24th September. The Loading of goods was done at chinchwad and I was told for unloading the labour would come directly to Airoli. We reached Airoli at 3.45 p.m. Before reaching Airoli, I had informed them well in advance that we will be reaching airoli in 30 minutes. Howev er, the company made us to wait for the labours for exactly 3 hours. We reached Airoli at 3.45 p.m. and unloading started at 6.45 p.m.
