Non Receipt of Exchange Bonus

I purchased Santro car from EROS HUNDAI on 26.05.2009. Car VIN NO. MALAA51HR9M410176. I have not received exchange bonus of Rs.10, 000/- even after lapse of more than one year. My complaint ID made with customer care in December is 1-29240001.I am not getting any response even after sending mail and letter to them.
