Delay in delivery of car (Swift DeZire)

Hi Sir/Madam,

We are regular customers of your company since 1987. We have purchased variety of maruti's cars from time to time LIke van, maruti 800, zen, alto, swift and last one was swift dezire in march.

We were pleased with the performance of DeZire. So, we again booked dezire on 30th april (480 reciept no. and allotment no. 310024 on name of Surjit Singh, s/o Late S. Jagpal Singh) to swani motors, ldh. We have paid the advance and they promised to deliver the in car in a month. But car is still not delivered. Now, they again promised to deliver the car in between 10th to 15th july.

Now, We need the car on said date. We are hoping for your coopertion.
