Dear Sir,
1. I had gone to the Maruti Service centre, pathankot vehicleades in the morning at 0930hrs for the regular servicing of my vehicle no HP 38A-3597 Model Maruti car 800 cc. There was no mechanical problem other than changing of the engine oil, oil filter and the regular service. Somehow i failed to understand that they handed over the car to me at 1600 hrs.
2. My serial no was 13 which was given to me, the time i entered Pathankot Vehicleades Pvt Ltd. i went to the waiting launge and waited for the promised delivery time till 1430hrs.By that time car serial no 33 was checking out which means already 32 vehicles have been done with the servicing except for my car.
3. i spoke to the workshop manager Mr. Puneet and informed about the matter but nothing could be resolved. After the verbal complaint to Mr Puneet, i was given the car with the servicing done at 1600hrs.
4. This is disloyalty towards the profession by the service centre and embarassment for the company that it fails to provide better service to the customer
