V3 Chennai Customer Service

I took my car for service to V3 Hyundai service station in Chennai. I own Santro zing limited Edition.

Gave them a list of complaints and to get the car serviced overall.

Basic car cleaning was not done properly.

Asked to change the switch for the reverse light and was not done.

During the pressure wash am assuming – the form that is at the bottom of the radiator had pealed off and they did not bother to put it back.

Brakes was supposed to be sharpened instead they were week and had to pump the brakes instead of stepping on it.

Customer services called me to check on the service and when I said I have a complaint to make placed me on hold and hung up.

I called back and asked to speak to manager or to give me a number she took her own time and gave a wrong number.

Called back the second time and got the manager (Murgan) who did not apologize when I gave him the gist of what happened.

I was driving Chennai to Bangalore so you can imagine my horror.

Hyundai as a company I believe has a set standard world wide and if you give it to such incompetent people to handle your customers there is a flaw in your system.

Have been working for the customer service industry for the past 8 years and there was no customer services with V3 Hyundai.

Thought will keep you informed and will be selling my Santro and will look for a company that has better customer service.

The complaints never end with hyundi and the services i had with V3.

After I gave my car the second time to V3 the driver brought the car back from service and when i was paying him the money a guy riding a bike drunk

hit the car from the back and broke my tail light windscreen and damaged my bumper. Insurance took care of most of the damage but Ihad to shell out 2500 for repairs.

Is this bad luck with V3 or just there issues of servicving cars. Cause if they got it right the first time this would not have happened.

The issue never ends.

I was on my way to Bangalore from Chennai to attend my best friends wedding.

36 km from Vellore the car jerks and comes to a halt at 8:30pm in the medlle of nowere. Thankfully it was a friend that was with me and not wife who is with me most of the time.

My friend and me stayed in the car the whole night as we did not have any numbers to call. Morning we caught a bus to vellore and went Hyundai Susee in Vellore.

The machinices came back to the car and tried to fix it but in vaine. The car was tored back to the services station. The manager said they would try and fix the car. After a whole day they are still not able to fix the problem cause thay dont now where its. The manager of susee keeps calling me updating me about the car which am very happy about.

All this has happended after the service with V3.When we went for a test drive on friday the manager said that the car was straining at the speed of 80km.before the service with V3 the car has touched 140km easily and was smooth.

Now who is going to compisite me for the time i spent on the highway missing my friends wedding ritules and the money that i have spent and going to spend with Susee motors after they fix the car most of all the stress that i was put through during this period.

The car is still not fixed and in Vellore with Susee motors.i will have to take a days leave travel 150km to pick up the car.

Who do i Blame for this..Myself for buying a hyundai... V3 for not getting the service incorrect the first time..or is it just bad luck i have to deal with untrainded unproffessional people that represent hyundai

Well not sure if youll take your complaints seariously... just thought will keep you posted. Am just fedup and stresssed about the car and service.

Like I said the service issues with Hyundai never ends. Ever since I got the car back from susie motors in vellore I drove back home to Chennai. Have been travelling on work since so the car was parked at home. Today when started the car to go out on some important work less then 100 meter away from home the problem started again... it shut down in the middle of the road.

I have sent over Rs8000/- on the car ever since it went to V3 for service. This is apart from the accident that took place because of them.

Time on the high way with no assistance in the middle of the night. Lost a complete 2 days trying to get the car fixed and get back home to chennai.

Now the issue still continues with the car.

Who do I go to..Who is sufficiently trained to fix my car in Chennai.. or is servicing a hyundai car a money making scheme..and they just dont care about customers anymore.

Have written numerous mails to hyundai and still get the same service..

Thought I can call and speak to someone in customer services.. the wait time to speak is over 5 minutes... and is an STD call for me... my conclusion is that either you dont have proper trained people or there are too many calls which means you guys have so many breakdowns and dont have the manpower to manage the calls and the number of cars breaking down are high which doesn't speak highly of hyundai.

Questain- Do i call KUN, Express hyundai, HMP DSC to come fix the car so they can take more money and rob me dry...

What do I do??? Sell the car... Who will buy a car after they look at the history of the service... ever it went to V3 for service... The useless bunch have spoilt a perfectly running car and created so much customer dissat.
