I purchased a Hyundai-i20 vehicle from Popular Hyundai, Kazakkuttom, Trivandrum on August. Unfortunately, the

vehicle has not been satisfactory because Its battery is completly discharged with in 3 days. i didnt fit any accessory other than a cental lock fitted by ur dealer Popular Hyundai. I reported this problem to Popular Hyundai, Kazakkuttom on 10-12. They inspected my vehicle fixed the problem, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there. I report this to ur customer care on 18-12. Then HILTON HYNDAI, Kollam, picked up my vehicle and inspected. But They charged 552 rupees pick up charge and 500 rupees petrol charge (My car is only 4 months old and done only 2600 kilometers). When I collected the vehicle, its rear bumper is scratched by their technician. When I reported this issue to Hilton Hyundai, Kollam, manager Mr Benchamin, he harassed me and my wife.

I would appreciate it if you could organise to have the problem fixed by this week.

As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transport and apart from the

inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.
