A C repairing

I have a car Getz no. U P 70=A P 0110, Regularly I send the car for service.

it's ac is not working wel. I have spent money what was asked by the service centre situated at lukarganj Allahbad. I again I sent the Car on Date 3-5. Service centre officials told me that the problem will be corrected with in few minutes. The Job no. is 2708 dated 3-5, but the problem is not being solved at this time 3.55pm 4-5. I am bound to receieve back the car.
