I have purchased New Hyundai I10 1.2 Sportz in Bangalore-Trident Hyundai, Marathhalli last year around for Dussehra (9-Oct), however that has not left me with any enriching experience
The inbuilt music system provided in the car doesnt work, cd drive is completely not working, raised this with the Kalyan nagar service centre in bangalore and they have took the request on 17Nov and sent through the details to dealer (supposively saying to me as chennai based), got a ring back from them around 22 Dec to get it replaced
However this time they found that the delivery or replacement part doesnt match to the color of what was requested and i have been asked to leave and will give me a call back again when they get the actual one from dealer
two weeks passed by now and no information on this, nor a response of when am i going to get this up and running
I hope will not recommend hyundai any more and i believe to having to make a mistake in purchasing this when i had better options than this in the market
Would like to file a complaint against this with consumer court as this is more than two months now which am sufferring after having purchased a new car with built in music system and with reputed service like HYUNDAI
