Promised money not returned

My father purchased a hyundai i10 magna car in may. we were promised that if we sell our maruti800 and purchase i 10 then we will be given 10, 000 Rs after the purchase. But the company always tried to neglect us even after approaching them personally..the car was purchasd from Hyundai showroom Mandi (himachal pradesh)
