Poor service (2nd Service)

Can anyone help me for services rendered by Huyndai!!!

My 2nd service complain has taken by Hyundai but no action has taken place till yet. Hope Hyundai is just process oriented organisation where over phone only the process has been followed but in action no action has carried out. Always after service, from Hyundai rating has taken out and feedback of the customer has also taken out but no actual action has taken into consideration. Due to this I haven't taken my vehicle for 3rd service, hope company's task has over as product already sold and big commitment for after sales service is also over.
