Still Waiting for cancellation amount

I book I10 at Kathari Hyundai, Tilak Road, Pune on 15th June. After that, I cancelled because of my financial conditions. I send email to Kothari Hyundai on 12th Feb. After continuous follow up till date, I still awaiting for my money. The booking amount was Rs.25, 000/-(Rs. Twenty Five Thousands only).
